Cold forging is a technology that interact with metals. Create shape of the target without breaking flow of metal which is called flow line. There is no problem if it is a simple shape of circle or square. The problem arises in the case of a complex shape is called deformed forging.
Adjuster chain（※）for large motorcycle. It manufactured by naked bike-type motorcycle manufacturer. So far, no one noticed that it took such a long time to make parts that had previously been made by cutting aluminum in integrated system using cold forging.

Adjuster chain is a part that adjusts the slack of a motorcycle chain. It is an appearance part, in addition to quality and cost, appearance also becomes an important factor.
